The Data Delivery Feature, also called ASYNC Download Option allows users to submit queries in the background and receive the results via a unique download link. Once the query is complete, the link will be sent to your email inbox for easy access to the data. This feature returns a maximum of 2.5 million records per query.

How to use this data delivery feature:

• Set your query criteria and submit your query using the ‘Deliver’ option.
• Provide the email address where you’d like to receive the notification once your data is ready for download. Click ‘Notify Me’.
• Keep an eye on your email inbox. When your request is complete, you will receive a notification from comtrade@un.org with a unique URL to download your data.

Important Information:

• Exclusive to Premium Subscribers: The Data Delivery Feature is only available to premium subscribers.
• Maximum Record Limit: Each query is limited to 2.5 million records per request, though some queries may return more or fewer records depending on the search criteria.
