2. Use Incognito/Private Mode. You can also try accessing the website in incognito or private browsing mode. This will prevent the browser from using cached files that might be causing the issue. Here’s how to access incognito mode:
- Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Command + Shift + N (Mac)
- Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Windows) or Command + Shift + P (Mac)
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N (Mac)
3. Clear Cache and Refresh: Clearing your browser cache can resolve issues with outdated files. Follow these steps:
For Windows (Chrome):
